Nano-Power Operational Amplifiers
ACTIVE
This series is suited for various designs, offering rail-to-rail input and output within an operational range of 1.4V to 5.5V. Utilizing TSMC's leading low-noise processes and innovative circuit architectures, the static operating current can be as low as 350nA. They also have rail-to-rail input/output features and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
